The delivery of the Volvo EW205 Tie Layer and the Tie Grapple attachment, whose production has been completed, has been carried out.

Tie Layer

The Tie Layer Attachment is mounted on the hydraulic system of wheeled excavators and is designed to quickly and safely load, unload, and place railway ties in 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8-piece sets during railway construction and maintenance. It ensures the efficient placement of ties at the desired dimensions, increasing work productivity.

Thanks to the stoppers inside the feet that prevent damage to the ties, the 360-degree infinite rotation system, adjustable support apparatus, strong body, and the precise hydraulic mechanism, it allows for simultaneous opening and closing of multiple feet without balance issues. This enables accurate placement of ties at the specified measurements. These features reduce labor costs, and by laying ties over long distances in a short amount of time, it increases profitability.

Tie Grapple

The Tie Grapple attachment is used in railway maintenance and repair activities, such as preparing the ground, renewing deformed sleepers, and performing transportation and stacking operations quickly and safely without damaging the rails. It enhances work efficiency by speeding up the workflow with its specially designed Hardox material clutch legs, which open and close via a hydraulic piston, mounted on the hydraulic system of excavators.
